Responsible for large residential community and club communications (located in the Margaritaville property off of I92 in Kissimmee)!

Will assist and be responsible with monitoring brand standards of community with rental management companies.  

Such as:

  • Monitor marketing
  • Monitor rate standards through audit process as per Margaritaville standards
  • Perform necessary follow up with rental managers and owners regarding issues and resolution to ensure process is monitored routinely for efficiency and effectiveness.  Strong service and follow-up skills required
  • Perform weekly quality home walk thrus prior to rental guest arrivals
  • HOA Assist with overseeing relationships with Aegis, Community Manager
  • Work directly with HOA and management company on routine task follow up for the community ( i.e. trash, pools, pest control, landscaping, security, etc.)
  • Ensure emergency situations are handled effectively
  • Club Communication - To co-develop all communications with the General Manager to maintain a rolling 90 day communications schedule to include:
    • External newsletters; social media monitoring and replies; individual club and resident communications;
    • as well as Internal communications with resort leaders and service partners. 
    • Reconcile monthly amenity reports
    • Perform routine community drive thrus for quality checks
    • Assist with annual home inspection process as needed
    • Assist sales and rental managers to ensure owners entering the rental program follow the club furniture process
    • Create club database of letters and scenarios for addressing specific situations
    • Partner with the General Manager or Club Membership Director as-needed for assigned projects

  • Must maintain a professional appearance and a "CAN DO", positive attitude towards all owners and staff
  • Attendance in conformance with standards
  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
  • Required to attend all training sessions and meetings

 

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skills oral and written
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, tracking & filing required
  • Intermediate level + computer skills required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Superior Social Media skills
  • Experience in Hotels, Residential Communities, Vacation Rental, Resort Operations or Community Management a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
  • College degree preferred but not required with specific background; we are seeking a career motivated leader
